Deleting your ditlo account & data

ditlo (developed by Duricor) lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app. No request form or waiting period is required.

How to delete your account (in the app)

1. Open the ditlo app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings (from the archive screen).
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and all data are erased immediately.

If you can't access the app

Email benjamin.tan@duricor.com from the email address on your ditlo account and ask us to delete it. We will remove the account and its data.

What is deleted

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. It permanently erases:

• Your account and login credentials (email + password hash)
• Your profile (name, pronouns, age, language)
• All diary entries and their inferred moods/tags
• All messages with your companion and the onboarding conversation
• Your companion and the notes it kept about you
• Notification/push tokens registered to your account

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing identifying you is retained after deletion — the records above are removed from the production database when you delete your account. Voice recordings are never stored (audio is transcribed and discarded). There is no additional retention period for your account data.
